Modular Air
Is it against Florida Building or Mechanical Code to have a mechanical/machine room indoors?
Can i have a machine room with a modular air handler indoors (dx coil)? If it is against code do you know what section shows this?
That is where the air handlers usually go, residentially and commercially – inside. IF it was against the Code, everybofy’s A/C unit would have to be removed from all those those closets and rooms all over the State. So would mine.
