Hid Access
HID access control solution?
I’m looking at an access control installation. I want to buy about 50 hid proximity card readers and put them on my offices, server rooms, conference rooms, and maintenence rooms. I like the networked ones, only how to I connect them to the electric strikes. I then saw those door controllers. Am i going to need to buy 50 controllers as well. Please help.
If the readers don’t have relays on them, you’ll need something to interface the 5 volt DC logic to the 120 volt AC door locks. One for each door.
